This is about half a kilometre from Thirunangur. The moolavar is Sri Varadharaja Perumal and thaayar is Sri Thiru Mamagal Naachiyar. The god is in standing posture facing east and is supposed to have come from Kancheepuram. Thiru Mangaiazhwar has sung in praise of this Lord.
