With the Blessings of Their Holiness, the Acharyals of Sri.Kanchi Kamakoti Mutt, Kanchipuram,our domain was re-launched in March 2014 and since then with the support of our beloved viewers and visitors, we have been serving the purpose of the domain, in a mission mode to the best of our ability.
In a period of .8+months,4400+visitors have viewed our domain, while the
subscribing mailers have crossed 90.
We have been receiving encouraging notes and suggestions to improve the quality and the contents of the site from many people.We submit all these soothing words encouragements, to the lotus feet of our JAGADGURU SRI ACHARAYAL THEIR HOLINESS of our Mutt.
Enthused and emboldened by the support, we receive from all quarters,we sought the Blessings of Their Holiness to widen and enlarge the,the geographical coverage of the site and to include the TRICHY DISTRICT with present coverage of the integrated Thanjavur District for the following reasons :
The cultural heritage and traditions of the Trichy district are the same as in Thanjavur district and they are synonymous to each other in all respects.Further The Chola Kings of 1 St century of C.E had their Head quarters in WORIYUR, presently a suburb of Trichy,with their kingdom covering the whole of Thanjavur district.
With the River Cauvery,which is considered to be holier than Ganges, irrigating more than lakhs of acres of lands in these districts since the days of Kallanai Dam Like any other river valley, Cauvery also remains the cradle of civilization and naturally, the cultural heritage and traditions of this valley remain almost the same.
We are Blessed to have the nod of Sri Sri Periyaval for our proposal and therefore,
our domain's MISSION & VISION WILL COVER the present TRICHY DISTRICT.
